I can't remember my username for Peason Vue to schedule my NCLEX

Ok. They are already closed and I can't call. I want to schedule my exam tonight and can't remember my username but I do remember my password. Does anyone remember what the format for the username was. Is it like your first inital, middle initial and last name or was it something you made up? HELP. I am dying to schedule this test and get it over with so I can start working.
