I was expecting to get several job offers upon graduating nursing school. I never thought how to turn them all down but one. The problem is, how do you politely say no to the ones you don't want without making them feel like their job wasn't up to your liking. You certainly don't want to burn bridges. Please help with any ideas.
The best way is to tell them that you have put much consideration into their offer and appreciate the opportunity that you have been extended. Then explain that you have accepted another offer, which better matches your long term goals. Finally, state that if this other job does not meet your expectations, you will be in contact with them.
