Help with Endorsement licensure

I graduated from lvn school in Texas back in August, 2 weeks after graduation I moved to South Carolina,since my husband is in the NAVY.I recently passed the NCLEX & now have my licensure for the state of TX. My question is, how do I go about applying for an endorsement license in SC? I have not found a specific site to help. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
