Tarleton State University, located in Stephenville, offers an LVN-to-BSN program. Stephenville is in Erath County, about 80 miles southwest of Fort Worth.

Thanks a bunch for this info! I prefer to go straight to BSN rather, though it will takes a while to bcome an RN. I've been looking for info at Indiana State Univ but they said the program is not approved yet for someone who reside in Texas or something like that..., anyways I'll check out Tarleton State, thanks again..
