Hi, I live in TN and I'm looking to start school in Oct. The school I'm looking into is 1 year. I have to take the NET to get in first. They offer a 4 week course to help you get prepared for that. That's about all I know as of now.

Hello there. I'm from TN. I got my LPN in 1997. At that time, and I'm still pretty sure it still is, it was a year long program. I attended class mon.-fri. from 8am-3pm. I learned the basic assessment skills, fundamentals to nursing, nutrition, psyche, pharmacology etc. etc. Good luck!
