Yep...still officially morning so I can say good morning all!
Volunteered to work last night 7p-11p. Pretty much uneventful. Stopped at a friend's new place after work and hung out for a bit. Now I'm contemplating going back to bed...well, at least a nap later on this afternoon will be in order.

Have to make more coffee--this batch is way to weak!

Hi, Suzy. How's the weather up there. Any snow yet? Gotta admit I miss it a teeny bit. A couple of inches now and again is nice. Enjoy your nap. I think I'll read to get my mind off my doctor appt. CSI Miami- Harm For The Holidays Misgivings. I do love CSI.

Quiet here today.

Can't stay and chat too long. Cable guy is coming somewhere in the vincity of 2p-6p. So I can't tie up the phone line too long. He better come well before 6p 'cause I have a class then.

See ya later!

Mikey remains at large at this time.

I love your avatar.

The hamster story reminds me of when my dd's rat got loose and he was "found" by my ds as we were reading in bed . . . rat was behind us on the bed looking over our shoulders. Three people jumped for the sky . . .

I was up late too . . . up at 7:30 a.m. and ran around fast to get ds ready for preschool.

Gotta go pick out paint for his bedroom . . . .

(if I get up from here )

Marilyn--nope..no snow yet; no signs of it coming either. Temps have been in the 50's, sometimes in the low 60's. Starting to get cooler now. I sure wish it would snow though!!!

Just sitting here relaxing, watching All My Children, drinking more coffee!!!

Good afternoon (it is afternoon here anyway). The temperatures really dropped here. In fact it was snowing quite heavily earlier this morning. It is still snowing, but just flurries right now. It's about time for winter to get here.

Hey Kat. Have you found your hamster yet???? I heard he was last seen at the gym working out.

Re: Tues Jan 09

Howdy everyone! Haven't read the thread yet, but I will. Just wanted to post the following first:

I applied online for a job in Indy...got a call this morning regarding said job, and I'm scheduled for an interview there next Monday afternoon! I also heard from a staffing agency there who wants to meet with me about permanent placement positions they are trying to fill. So, looks like I'll be starting my first week back in Indy on positive footing! No one will be able to fault me for not trying because I am doing my part in trying to land a job. I do the work in landing the job -- pray to seek God's Will first and foremost........then, apply, interview, follow-up -- and God does the rest through His hands on earth.
