Power Point problem; help!

I've created a clinical pathway using an organizational chart insert from Power Point, but I can't get it to fit the whole page! I've used the help feature, but it turns out not to be any help! You can't resize them the way you can when creating a Power Point presentation. The font size is 2, and the chart only takes up about a quarter of the page! Any ideas?

ok, here comes my ignorance in full-bloom:
but what would happen if you increased the font to size 8?

Is it an image? If it is, go to view...select picture/drawing toolbar. Then select your image and choose the box w/the dog in the toolbar that will make your image SQUARE. Then you can resize it by dragging the corner...

If it's not an image, i'd be willing to take a look at it. You can send it to my email addy and i'll happily try to fix it and send it back to you.

Re: Power Point problem; help!

I gave up on it and came home, but I sure wish it had occurred to me to email myself a copy of the dang thing. earle, if I change the font size to 8, the text size changes, but the box doesn't, so it extends outside the box and in some cases overlaps text from other boxes.

Re: Power Point problem; help!

theoretically, it should work...if it's font 2, using 1/4 of the page.
perhaps if you move it (the pathway) to the top of the page and then change it to font 8?
what the heck do i know?
it's due tomorrow?
if not, i'd be glad to play around w/it.....
plus both my sons know all this stuff.
i just choose not to wake them up right now....

i think you need a glass of red wine and some dark chocolate.

Oh it works if I use the font size of 2, but I don't think anyone will be able to read it. No, it isn't due tomorrow, but I am meeting with my boss to go over the protocol of which it's a part and I would've liked to have it available. I may get lucky, though. At lunch today, her son called and said her dil was dilated to 4 cm. Could be that a baby will be born tonight or tomorrow.

Re: Power Point problem; help!

Thank you so much for all your responses. As it happens, I opened it back up this morning and discovered an automatic layout option that allows me to resize the boxes. I am still struggling with adding subordinate branches vs. assistant ones and connecting them, but I'll have to figure that out, I guess. Thanks again for the help!!!
