I'm busy packing along with my dd and sil. Moving week starts tomorrow. DD will have her laptop computer, so I should be able to post from time to time, but if not...ya'll know I luv ya, and always have you in my prayers each day. I'll post as often as dd lets me touch her laptop. She's a little stingy with it. Actually, she's taking online courses towards her master's degree, so it's all good. I'm proud of her...I'm proud of all my girls.

Happy Mother's Day to all you Mommys. I hope it's been a glorious one for you.
I worked today. My little lady, 3 years older than I am, died surrounded by her family. She was at peace and pain free. What a lovely way to go. I know she was then able to wish her own mother a Happy Mother's Day in Heaven.
Dd is making supper for us this evening. Country fried steak, garlic mashed taters and corn on the cob. Yummy! Getting hungry just anticipating it.

chris, so glad to hear from you, hope you enjoy the new job..as for the hubby i know what you mean, only married once but one of the also-rans was a cpa..after we moved on i was having coffee with him one day and he said i don't understand women' i asked him 'how much to you really try?'
he just looked at me and blinked like i had suddenly started talking in chinese
as for the cat and the chapstick i would be happier not knowing about where it had been first/100th time..

renee, i hope that you like colorado, everyone tells me how much the loved the mountains..maybe you will find a good job there and some independence
