There is nothing "good" about Monday mornings

That said: I did see Ted (efiebke) lurking around in the Staff Forums. Hope he'll drop by and add a few lines

And I know you grubby lot are hankering for some food -- so here it is

At least the bacon is crispy!!


I may take my first STATS test today, if not I have to take it tomorrow.


Other than that...nothing much going on.

Roy, Thanks for that Lovely Breakfast!! I think I'll grab an egg and some Wonderful Coffee!! Thanks also for starting the GM thread!!

Needless to say, I have had a Super Busy Nite! I think someone went around the unit about 2200 and gave every one Crazy Pills!! Everyone has been off-the-wall tonite!
So many cofused & disoriented patients!

Well, I think I'm going to cancel my nail appt this AM & just go on home after a bit of grocery shopping. Not that I'll go to sleep any earler, but I just don't feel like going!!

Thanks for breakfast, Roy.

I'm taking 2/3 of our pets to the vet this morning for check ups and the dog grooming. I might have to leave the cat there while the dog gets groomed because I suspect a UTI and no way am I getting a urine sample form him. It's hard enough with a dog.

After that, it's shopping with DD and housework. DD's new cell phone was stolen while at work. We're calling Sprint to see if anyone used it and hopefully track the thief that way. If not, DD wants to buy herself a new one rather than use one of our older ones.

DH is at the beach with DS and his friends this week.

Well time for me to wrestle that cat into the carrier.

Good Morning!

Thanks for breakfast but I couldn't sleep so got up about 5 a.m. and made myself buttered toast with boysenberry jam and poured a glass of ice cold milk. Now I'm drinking coffee.

I'm on-call for ob today - last day of work for awhile, which feels good. I have so much to do yet to get ready for Vietnam.

We had my dd's and ds's birthday celebration yesterday since I will be gone when their real birthdays occur (July 22 and August 7). Of course ds got alot of Spiderman stuff including a glove with a web shooter that shoots out "web" . . we thought it was like Silly String but it is thinner and wetter and harder to pick up . . . his big brother bought him that.

I've never had a pet get sick - in all the years I've had pets, never a UTI or anything. The only thing our dog gets is a rabies shot and that is at the local firehall when they do rabies clinics. Oh, he was neutered but that was years ago.

I should probably try to get some housework done before the kids wake up . .. . . ..
