Good morning, everyone.

Zoe, I hope you feel better soon. It's hard with rude neighbors like that though.

I just got back from the colonoscopy. I get to eat, YAY! But mostly now I want to sleep.

Have a great day, everyone.

Kat

Re: Friday 19th January, 2007

Morning everyone,

I have the day off!! Well sorta, I need to clean house, I don't know about the rest of you but when I work 3 12hour shifts in a row (nights) all I do is work and sleep. Now I have to play catch up on house work, yuck.

Hi Compassion

How far from you is that?

I'm sure you're a blessing WHEREVER you go!

DITTO !!!

Compassion.. your screen name says it all. I know you'll be all you were meant to be.. born to be. Your patient is in the best of hands.

Kat.. your avi is too cute! And fits YOUR screen name perfectly, too!
Glad you got through the colonoscopy ok... did they find anything? No "polypannas" residing in there?
My next appt. is scheduled for one month from today.. Feb. 19th. Such fun. I can hardly wait.

Well, I think I had better take a nap. I'm on call starting this evening all through the weekend. Had a light load this morning, but I dread the weekend. Had better get me some shut-eye while I can.

Heard from Adam yesterday.. his deployment has been extended by three weeks. I knew that was going to happen.. just knew it.
And they've sent a second carrier fleet out to join his.. NOT to relieve them, but to JOIN them. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. !!!

He says he's decided on a career path when he gets out. He wants to attend the Microbiology Graduate Program at the Univ. of Denver. Get his PHD, (long term goal) and do research. So we'll see. He's changed his mind before and he may well do it again. He's going to need a lot more than his GI Bill to cover THAT.
I told him I'd be dead and gone by the time he ever graduates.
His Momma would never get to see the day her son becomes a scientist/Dr.

Well, hope everyone has a good Friday, and weekend. Don't know how much I'll be able to get on here this weekend.. not much at all, I fear. WAH.

Better try a nap now while I can.

(((hugs))) all around.

You guys are all so sweet ... thanks ...

I got to sleep about 4? I think ... and got up at 10, reset the alarm, and got up at 11. Thank you God I live alone and can sometimes get away with it!

If this guy starts tonite, the minute I hear it I'm gonna go up and complain. I'm just surprised no one else complained, it MUST have been louder for his neighbors on the same floor!

Have a great day, you and everyone else here! xo

Clemmm, I fancy myself a writer/creative, this sounds like FUN! Glad you have found a way to use those talents!

Thanks Kat! And I am so glad your procedure is done - was it very bad? I had some good sedation so it didn't bother me a bit (except the prep).

Get some good rest!

Ouch, about Adam, well, at least you were somewhat prepared ...

As to his going to school - in Bible stories God made many promises to Abraham, and Abraham didn't get to live long enough to see them all come to pass. But he knew by faith it would happen. Sounds like your son is well on his way You must be a proud mama!

Hope your call weekend makes you complain of boredom, hee hee
