Since most of us are more worried about keeping body parts working then about their beauty to strangers, I ask the question:

Who has time to worry about this crud???

I'd dedimple my butt if I had the $$$. I'd also get some fat sucked out from under my chin and sucked out of my cheeks - even when I was suffering from anorexia and weighed 90lbs, my cheeks stayed fat (face cheeks that is). I constantly fight sores from biting the insides of my cheeks.

I'd also like to get the nerve (name escapes me) that causes your face to redden cut.
