[NICU_3_RN]

Hi - i'm new to pediatric case management, and although I won't start studying for any sort of certification exam for 2 years yet, I'd like to get my hands on some materials to help me get my feet wet in pediatric case management. I have bunches of NICU experience and books, but otherwise, I need any references humanly possible, other than my coworkers!

Any advice or info welcome... websites, texts, journals, etc....
