#1 Nursing Resource: 806,000 unique visitors per month

Hi! Was wondering if anyone is a NICU case manager and what are their responsibilities? Do you like your job and is the pay good? I'm planning to take a part-time position as a NICU case manager but am still debating.

Our NICU had a case manager that did length of stays, spoke with insurance companies for coverage, did home care evals, taught parents about resources, etc.. I have never worked NICU but she loved it.
