looking for a career change, what do you guys do

looking for a career change, what do you guys do?
Someone recommended I try being a case manager, I'm not sure what a case manager does, is it like social work?

just quit a very busy ob/gyn floor, to many pt. not enough staff, I was afraid of losing my license because of unsafe conditions, I quit during orientation, before that on a med/surg floor 13 pts a shift, also very busy and stressful
