Intereste in Case management.

Have ben a RN for about 11 years now, in hospital, and nursing home setting. Looking for a different career change, and was looking into Case management.
WOuld love to hear from anyone who could tell m more about it, jobs available?
And of course, what are the qualifiiations? Would i need a certificate?

Would love to hear from u.
