I worked for an Insurance Company for 3 years doing Onsite Workers Comp Case Management. It was really nice. They taught me from the beginning(I had no CM experience). They were good to me. My supervisors were not only fair but nice & supportive. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. I worked from home so the job started to bleed into my evenings & nights. I was always on the phone & computer. If you are in an office it is actually better. You can walk away at the end of the day. I am now working for a Trauma Service in a Level I Trauma Center. It is
GREAT!!! I definately told my old supervisors how much they taught me & gave them props for training me the way they did.

They even helped me get my CCM.
I can't believe I actually like my job. Weird.
Good luck.
