hi ,guys..
im also looking into cm and currently working in a rehab hosp..i have diversed nursing backgrounds and my pitiful and tired feet are ready to retire.the thing that keeps me from jumping ship is the pay ...would it be a huge pay cut as compared to my hosp pay?...i just need enough to pay bills and pay mortgage..
please enlighten..thanks..

In general at entry level one can expect to take a huge hit in salary. I personally had to "give up" more than 20%. Everybody's story will be different, but don't allow your decision to be salary driven or you will never be happy. Enjoying what you do is more important in the long run.
