I have some questions about CM.
What exactly IS Case Management?

How does one get into the field - i.e., what makes one "hirable" for this particular position?

Are there certifications that will help?

What particular skills or attributes are helpful to a CM nurse?

Which setting (acute care, LTC, school, whatever) uses CM nurses the most - or do they all?

Any info appreciated.
