Re: CM Hourly or Salary?

It depends on the hospital. I am salary. However, other hospitals are hourly. Then still other are hourly, but don't punch in and out so are essentially salary.

Depending where you live. High cost/low cost area. Live on the east coast too, Maryland. However, my salary is low 50's. Took a substantial pay cut from doing floor nursing. But, that is what my company pays...and even though I enjoy my job, my salary is not keeping up with the economy, sigh.
