Case management Certification

What is the best way about getting this? On line course, program at home ect.... How difficult is this test and how long would it take to study and prepare for it?

Re: Case management Certification

I took this exam a couple of years ago. It is a difficult exam and I studied for 6 mos prior to taking. I purchased some study material from Barnes and Nobel....but I don't think that helped me any. They make good reference books now. grin. I guess the best thing I did was take home practice CD tests out of the paper book study guide: A Case Manager's Study Guide Preparing for Certification by Denise Maldonado. There were multiple test questions on this CD. Another study book I bought was: The Case Manager's Handbook 2nd Edition by Catherine M. Mullahy.
