Anyone out there who has the responsibility of utilization review, discharge planning and admissions within the hospital setting all in one role? Just wondering how you manage it? Any suggestions would be appreciated.....

I do and I am just getting started in this role on a full time basis. I would love to have some pointers/education regarding this.
