2nd job CM

I have over 20 years of nursing experience divided between adults and pediatrics. My adult experience was cardiothoracic, ent, renal transplant and float pool. The last 10 were in a call center triage (peds). I have been working in disease management/case management for my members who are in our disease management program CAD and Diabetes(home from hospital). Considering a 2nd job weekend option full or part time for personal reasons.
My questions: I am looking at the job description which I will post here:
Listed under Case manager: shift supervision.

Requires a high level of analytical ability to identify, evaluate problems and recommend solutions in quality of services, tests and related procedures and assesses patient/family needs. Requires high level of accuracy to recognize symptoms, follow orders, initiate and document patient care and instruct patients/families. Requires ability to access and update information in computer system. Preference for detail oriented work

Just wondering what I would be doing, if they would consider me, and does this involve direct patient care. Sitting for the CM exam in October. My weekly day job is sitting. Wondering how difficult this job would be.
