I recently quit a job at a group home for MR/DD kids(under 18)because the woman who owns the facility wants her niece and daughter who are only 19 themselves to run the house and do g- tube feedings and give mneds. These girls have been raised with an aunt and a sister who has C/P,but have had no training. Was I wrong to refuse to risk my license if something went wrong,while they were doing a tube feeding,etc.

DEFINITELY refuse, and report this situation immediately! How incredibly dangerous!!!

Definitely report this to the authorities...while they may have personal experience they need factual training before they can do this!!!!!
