This will link you to an article about what disability advocates are saying about a new Ben Stiller movie. I had never even heard of it before. It sounds pretty offensive to me... Is there really any humor to be found in making fun of people with intellectual disabilities?

Re: Tropic Thunder

I have not seen the movie so can't comment on it directly. But the sad fact is that people get pleasure from making fun of other people, no matter what reason. Too fat, too skinny, not smart enough, too smart, poor, rich, ugly, black, white, mexican, hispanic, gay, straight, trans, too nice, mean, etc, etc, etc. It's just the way it is. I'm not saying it's ok, I'm just making an observation.
