What do you do to relax?

You work in the PICU. There was a code. The outcome was not good.

How do you de-stress, so that you can go on providing the care your patients need?

In real-life, the way i react to everything is by crying. I have a good cry. Then i can go on, almost like nothing happened. I have a feeling that this question is going to be asked in my next interview (i'm a new grad, trying to get a spot in a PICU internship). And, uh, i'm not feeling so sure about telling a bunch of people that when something good or bad happens, i cry.

So, i'm trying to figure out something good to say. And try, hopefully, if i get hired

Re: What do you do to relax?

Fresh air sounds good. Shopping, cooking, and exercise are wonderful de-stressors that i use. However, this particular activity must be done in the hospital...
