Hi- I have worked in an adult cardiac surgery ICU for about a year and I'm thinking about making a change and working in a PICU. Working with kids is what I've really always wanted to do but thought learning the post op hearts first in adults was a good idea. I've heard great things about both the Cleveland Clinic and Rainbow but was wondering if any of you work at either one and may have some insight. I did do a clinical rotation in the Children's Hospital at the Clinic and was really impressed, but I've heard that Rainbow is much more nurse friendly and has more of a team approach between the nurses and docs.
