I am a new grad and I have an interview in the PICU with the hiring manager. I wanted to know what kind of questions could be asked so that I can be prepared because I am very nervous right now. It might be around an hour to hour and a half for the interview. Please give me some guidance and advice as to how I can prepare for this interview because it is in a very good hospital and its my dream job, so I dont want to do bad in it just because I was not prepared.

Right at the top of the home page for the PICU forum there are some stickies. One of them is called "Applying for a PICU Job" and it will answer your questions very well. The other stickies also have some good information for new-to-PICU nurses.
