Question PICU New Grad Orientation

Aloha,
Our PICU here in Honolulu has a new grad orientation program...but, the "manual" we use leaves much to be desired. Does anyone have a New Grad Orientation Manual specific to PICU that you would like to share...we are looking to see what other units are using. I will pay for shipping if needed!
Mahalo!

We don't have a manual per se, but we do have a laddered orientation. I could send you the competencies ladder list if you like. I'm currently preceptoring a new grad in our PICU; we had five all start at the same time. Puts a bit of a strain on the unit to have so many... we have 16 beds, and summer is typically slower than the rest of the year, so we have a lot of very senior nurses looking after the stable-ready-for-transfer patients so the orientees can get some experience.
