Hey everyone.......I finally started on the PICU unit day 2 and I like the atmosphere but I felt a bit overwhelmed with all the things that were going on....I definitely have to learn how to get a routine going ....so that I can accomplish all the tasks that need to be done......I was overwhelmed with one patient would not know what I would do with a second one.......although it was day 2 for me ......I still have 12 weeks of orientation to go......I was just giving an update for all those that were interested....
