I'm a CVICU RN (adult) looking for someone who works with pedi open hearts. I'm looking to change specialties and have a few questions. Thanks!

What would you like to know? Our unit admits roughly 700 post-op CV patients a year, everything from uncomplicated ASD repairs to Norwoods. Our mortality rate for all patients is running at < 3% so I'd say we're doing a good job. How can I help you?
