Talking Paediatric Overnight intensive recovery...

Hi,

I am working in a unit which is looking to start a paediatric overnight intensive recovery (fast-track) unit. It will be attached to our recovery unit and should prevent unneccessary PICU admissions post-operatively.

Have any of you worked in a similar unit (or still do)?
We have a similar system for adults already, but would love to hear any advice.
