I get a lot of my "news" from Medscape (
www.medscape.com). Registration is free, and the benefits are enormous! They have a weekly newsletter feature that lets you select which areas you wish to subscribe to, and then it just arrives in your inbox. I get pediatrics, critical care and transplantation every week. They also offer CEUs with a lot of the articles they post, so you can learn something new and get credit for it. I've had no good luck finding any print journals on pediatric intensive care though.
