Just got the news today:
I've been offered the PICU position that I interviewed for last week!!!
I'm on cloud 9 today! I won't transfer there until February due to the way our hospital staffing and critical care training works, but that's fine by me! I'm so excited!

Extra thanks to Jan for your input on PICU interviews.

AWESOME!!!!!!!! Congratulations! I know you'll love it. I'm glad my suggestions helped with the interview. Let us know how things are going once you get in there, and come back often to share stories.
