hemolytic uremic syndrome

I am trying to find information about this syndrome especially about the recovery and the renal and brain damage. Can anyone know an interesting website or publication?

Thank you for this great link. Have you come accross this syndrome in children? I am more thinking of the hus post e-coli 0157?
