Kelly, Please take the time to go to
www.nanmt.org You will see the recognized nursing specilaty of massage therapy. This is an organization by RNs and LPNs that also hold a massage therapy license. Depending on your state requirements, massage may not be regulated. Let me know what state you are currently practicing in as a nurse and I can steer you to schools in your area or job possiblilities. Good luck[
QUOTE=Kelly@Lakeside]Hello! I was wondering if it would be possible to chat with anyone that has or had an interest in mixing massage therapy and nursing. I'm working in the massage therapy field, but not a therapist myself, and I would love the opportunity to learn more about the relationship between the two fields. Feel free to email me or post in response.
Thanks a bunch!
