Question standing orders

I am working as camp nurse at my camp in MS this summer. In the past we haven't done so well with our health center. I am in the process of building it up. I am trying to put together the standing orders for our MD to sign. Does anyone have a set that they would let me use to write ours?

I am pretty sure I do NOT have a copy of that. I am hoping Karen sees this and will respond. I bet she is familiar with the format.

Anyone else?
