Does anyone know what the ACA guidelines are for this?

Re: camper/RN ratio

Isn't one, though the ACA standards were recently updated and it's possible that there's been a change. The requirement is for an RN to be at the camp at all times, no matter what size (this varies according to how far your camp is from medical care).
