Advice for Charge Nurse

I am a fairly new nurse, assigned to charge at a camp I attended with my daughter last year. I need some advice on how to effectivly run the infirmary, staffing schedules, forms, everything it seems.

Anything would be greatly appreciated.

thanks,
Kathryn

Re: Advice for Charge Nurse

I'm brand new to camp nursing too, so I can't give you much helpful advice. Being there last year should definitely give you an upper-hand. Plus, if it is an established camp, they most likely already have a system in place as far as running the health lodge goes.

Best of luck for a fun-filled, healthy summer!
