shadowing a cath lab, what should I be looking for?

Hello,

When I was a nursing student 4yrs ago I did a few hrs in a cath lab but as you know I was a always tired and sleepy. I don't remember much about it cause I kept falling asleep. Now that I will be getting into cardiac I want to make sure I get what I need from shadowing this cath lab. Any suggestions of what I should be looking for or asking for my own learning?
