pericarditis question!

Hi wonderful cardiac nurses...I am a hospice nurse anyway, I was recently dx with pericarditis (one epidode of Afib...f/u echo saw fluid etc)...do I need to be premedicated for any dental work...the nurse says no but I was still wondering...thanks for your help
