I took it, passed it, didn't think it was too bad. I have a couple study guides, but much of it was "old hat" stuff. I had 3 questions regarding the administration of IV Dilantin, something that really has gone by the wayside since the advent of Phosphenytoin at least 10-15yrs ago. Send me your e-mail, and I can send you a MS Powerpoint review that I have....

Re: Pccn?

The AACN website has a blueprint for the test, showing what is tested on, and what weight is given to each section. I did not go to any classes or buy any expensive guides, but studied the items on the blueprint from my nursing texts and online. I did fine, and I am sure that you will too. As a matter of fact, I will have to renew the cert next year...... Better get crackin!
