Cool Nursing student Need help please.

Witht the following I have been assigned a man in my facility who hates going to the hospital and likes to know exactly what is going on , and basically if he doesnt like the answer or if he thinks we are BSing him then he wont go.

With regards to Unstable Angina Pectoris I need to put into lamens terms what blood tests, a chest x-ray and an ECG what they are for and what they tell me and him?

Please give a rookie some ideas on how to explain this so that he will comply

Can some one please help me out here

Thank you in advance for your help
