Interview for cath lab

You may have seen my post below about possibly transferring to the cath lab at my hospital. I'm meeting with the NM of CCL tomorrow am, just wondering how I should be dressed? Should I treat this like a regular interview or more casually? She was very casual about setting up the meeting, just said "Can you meet with me 3/27 to discuss the opening in the cath lab".
