I Got the Extern Job!

Sooooo happy! I'm a rising senior nursing student who just got a summer job as a nurse extern in one of the best cardiac hospitals in the country! I'm working in the cardiovascular surgical stepdown unit which is basically patients recovering from open heart and open chest surgery. I can't wait because I really want to be a cardiac nurse. I can't wait to start!
