follow up on cousin's health

I want to thank the people who responded to my request for info about my cousin's cardiac problem. She was moved to a University hospital and had the "new" graft and valve replaced with material from a cadaver. She is second day post-op and they pulled the arterial line and swan, she is walking a bit and sitting up a lot, and eating solids. The only concern is if the gram negative infection was totally cleared up at the graft site. Of course, this will be life-threatening if the antibiotics and betadine washes did not do the trick.
