Advice please, I am about to interview for a position on a cmu/step-down unit, I have some experience.
I need to get this job, dream job!!!, what do You all suggest so I will ace my interview

How exciting. I love interviewing. Best advice I have is study up on the unit -- who you'll report to; who you'll be working with. Make sure you ask questions, emphasize your strengths and how you can contribute to the unit. Most important -- be yourself. Don't try to make something fit that doesn't! Colleague/Telemetry RN
