Question work at home????

Looking for some advice. I have been a nurse for 30 years - adult and neonatal ICU, dialysis and home care. Due to life situations I need to work from home. Does anyone have any ideas? I don't have the energy or money to start my own business. I looked into medical transcribing. It sounded great but all sites I looked at required buying $400 or more software. Not sure if it is a scam. Also wondered about somethng in publishing but don't want to write my own articles. Anyway thought someone out there might have some ideas, Thanks for any help.

Re: work at home????

You might look at insurance companies; some of them have jobs that can be done at home.
