Telephonic nursing/portable nursing jobs

Hi everyone! I am a hospital staff RN with 5 years experience, and am looking to find a job that is portable. (travel nurse jobs for my specialty and area I am seeking are slim/none--I have been actively persuing this angle for many months.) I have extensive customer service/phone experience from my pre-nursing days, and I think I would like to try a telephone nursing job, but have not yet found one that is portable. I am trying to find something that would let me live in 2 places, if I chose to, like a few months here and a few months there, but take my job with me using phone and computer. I know there are some telephone triage jobs or case management type jobs by phone...any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
