Which Should Come First, The Chicken Or The Egg?

Im moving to ga in a few months and I am going to start the process of getting my license transferred in a few days. Anyway, knowing that the board meets every other month (next time is in may and july) and that it takes them about 6-8 weeks to mail you your license, should I move first then apply for jobs or should I apply for jobs then proceed with my move?I ask this b/c when I put in an application for a house, they will want to know (I think) where is your place of employment? How do you get around this if you arent employed there yet?
