Not sure what you're asking. Most new grads work the same general type of schedule (full-time, part-time, whatever they were hired for) as other nurses at the same facility. Can you be more specific or detailed about your question?
I guess what I am asking is what shift. Is a new graduate from school most likely going to get the 3rd shift spot if you want to work in a hospital setting?
I think it just depends on the facility. I've interviewed at a few hospitals recently and they are really flexible with scheduling, but like people who are willing to work nights.
